Bahia Concha
Bahia Concha is a gorgeous bay surrounded by mountains where you can lounge by the water and order a typical fresh fish meal. It is the closest Tayrona beach to Santa Marta, located about 35 minutes from the hostel. On weekends, join the locals who opt for Bahia Concha over the more crowded Rodadero or Taganga beaches. Although part of Tayrona, the entrance fee is only 5,000 pesos, making it an ideal day trip.*
*Camping is, also, available at the far end of the beach.
